Sam is the director for the Sports Institute at UW, a pediatric neurosurgeon, and co-founder of Propriovision—a producer of novel medical applications in virtual and augmented reality. Sam’s doctoral work in Neuroscience from University of Florida was using fMRI to perform preoperative neurosurgical mapping.
